Delicious BBQ that hit the spot. My company and I order the jumbo pulled pork sandwich and the regular pulled pork sandwich. They both came with 1 side, the baked beans were excellent and I got the Mac n cheese, which was homemade with heavy whipping cream, white cheeses and yummy. At the table they have their homemade sauces if you want to put it on your bbq. The sauces range from North Carolina vinegar, Virginia red sauce and their sweet and spicy sauce. The waitress was kind and attentive. She definitely deserved the gracious tip we gave her. If you have a hankering for bbq definitely go here. Enjoy, like we did!

When I'm not home in NC to get brisket of my dad and uncles, this is my go to. Baby, Sibley's will show out every time!! That brisket always cooked to perfection and them hush puppies will hush you right up!!! My red potatoes ordered could've been seasoned, but even the greens made up for that. My husband enjoyed his plate as well. Bagged well and delivered on time.

They were sticky, sweet, with just the right kick of spice to keep you reaching for another. Perfectly cooked and glazed to perfection. The rib platter was fall-off-the-bone tender and deeply flavorful, while the pulled pork was soft, juicy, and full of smoky goodness. Every bite felt like a hug from the pitmaster himself. The portion sizes here are no joke. We left with a mountain of leftovers that somehow tasted even better the next day. And just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, we were talked into the cobbler dessert. Let’s just say it made me reconsider everything I thought I knew about being diabetic. Worth every bite, and then some. Sibley’s nails the BBQ experience—delicious food, hearty portions, and comfort that sticks with you long after you’ve left.

First time here, will not be my last! I got the Meatloaf special dinner to go, holy cow I am so happy! The pictures don't do it justice, I wish you all could smell and taste how good this food is. The meatloaf was tender, but juicy enough that you only had to dip a little if you like gravy. For me, it was dunk! I loved the brown gravy. Oh it came with three hush puppies, they were so good, I actually dunked them in the vinegar sauce that came along with the brisket meal, so good! Over all, great meal, great service, great place, what more can you ask for. To the owners and workers, thank you all for a great meal and service, definitely will be back.

The brisket was so tender and had a great flavor. Hushpuppies could have been bigger, but were good nonetheless. Large portions for a fair price and the staff was just so friendly.

Food was just as I hoped , very very food , service was excellent, , our waitress was amazing and the young lady checking us out offer to carry us to the car after I told her how full I was lol ... That's above and beyond great customer with a smile ... Best the heat with some smoky meat !!! Love it

One of the best BBQ spots I’ve been to that has great food with good portions and fair prices. Never disappoints. If you have an opportunity to try their specials, do so; they are available for a limited time but worth it. At the time of this review, they had Brisket Street Tacos (which I had) and other specials that were hard to decide over. Hope your experience was as good as mine - Cheers.

Hubby and I always pass here and decided to drop in. We got seated quickly. We ordered the popping pork rinds very good. Hubby got brisket and I got catfish. Our server was so friendly and attentive. We'll be back again.
